How to transfer K1 / CR1 case to another embassy?

So many people have been waiting for US embassy in Moscow to start working.

But since 2019 this embassy has stopped scheduling the interviews.

You can transfer ur case to another country, but almost all require you or ur fiancé to be a resident or citizen of that country.

So what do you do now?

As of May 2021 Poland has been accepting non-residents!

The way to go about it is to wright an email to support-poland@ustraveldocs.com and ImmigrantVisasWarsaw@state.gov

Using this as a text template, replacing ------ with your info:

Dear Sir/Madam, my name is ------
I would like to request my case to be transferred from NVC to US embassy in Poland,  due to US embassy in Russia not providing visa interviews anymore.

My NVC case number:  ------
My email:  ------
My date of birth:  ------
My passport number: ------
